The hotel is situated in a nice area of town with lots of restaurants and good coffee and bar places around the corner. The rooms at Zen are comfortable and cozy, offering a great stay at a decent value. However, there were some concerns about certain situations that made guests uncomfortable. Service is above the norm, catering well to our needs and concerns.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had stunning views of the city. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff members who went above and beyond. The location was superb, allowing me to explore the city easily. However, the dining options were a bit lacking in variety. Overall, a great value for money experience.
